Halloween night ...

Yes we did go trick - o - treat 'ing' and met many neighbors. It was great. Jane Ellen was the cutest cat around and the youngest trick - o - treat 'er' out there. We had a blast. We were invited in to many households.

Too bad only a handful of trick - o - treat 'ers' came to our house. Oh well, more chocolate bars for us.

Molly's Very Scary, But Not Too Scary, Halloween Party ...

What a party! Thanks Molly and Mommy D for hosting. Molly's friends had some great costumes and well, Pumpkin Molly, stole the show. What a cutie. There was so much food but she sure wanted to try everyone's costume. From the pumpkin shaped chocolate cake to a veggie plate skeleton to healthy treat halloween bags for each baby - you sure know how to throw a party! Thanks for inviting us!! (Jane Ellen was recruited to play soccer for Manchester United by the way ... we didn't want her to sign the contract but there was nothing we could do ... she's our big girl now!)

8 weeks today

Looks like this is the last of the leaves. Reiley, Elke and I had a great walk and bike ride on the paths today. We stopped for a treat and took some photos. Halloween is on the way so Paul and I thought we would try out one of Jane Ellen's costumes. We have also realized where Jane Ellen got her long legs and feet from ...

weekend excitement ...

Actually, it was a quiet weekend. It is starting to get cold in Calgary but that didn't stop dad and Jane Ellen from raking the leaves today. We had a nice visit with Oma and Poopa and enjoyed a yummy german meal. We are excited about a visit from Auntie Michelle coming up this next weekend and are looking forward to a halloween costume party on wednesday.

Busy week!

October 24, 2008

The MacNeill Family went back home to PEI after a great visit to Calgary. A sad day for Heidi. Michelle from Kingston also came and went. Sniff Sniff. Congratulations to the Hall family for the baptism of Mitchell, I am honoured to be his God mother! Thank you. The 15th Annual Nadia's Run for Asthma also came and went. We had a great show. Thank you to all family and friends who came out. Now it is time to clean the house and see some friends we haven't seen for awhile and those that have not met Jane Ellen. She is 7 1/2 weeks old now and smiling. We love it.

Wish I could label these photos in this program but I can't. There is one of Jane Ellen beside Thomas (with blue shoes on) and the other is Liam, Vals bundle of joy.

Bye Bye Sheldrakes! See you again soon...

Well the Sheldrake clan is off to Denver. We will miss them! Can't wait to see their new digs.

6 weeks with baby Jane Ellen

Still having fun! Jane Ellen met Ace and the Queen yesterday. That was exciting. My sister also took some shots of us at the zoo. That was the only waking moment for her that morning. She sure sleeps alot! She's missing out on the fun.

Thanksgiving weekend ...

Sunday October 12, 2008

Warmer today! We decided to take a few family shots. Jane Ellen is already 9.5 pounds and almost 6 weeks old. Also, we celebrated Calebs birthday with hot tub fun and ice cream cake. You would have thought it was my birthday! ... two of my favorite things.

Too cute!

October 9 , 2008

Reiley turned 5 and was so excited about all the gifts - especially the dress up costumes and attention. Caleb's birthday is up next! Poopa came home from the hospital yesterday - so a great day all around!

Still lots of zoo and park visits and quiet craft time. As well, much needed bath time!
